Please Read

All abstracts must be submitted online through the official conference website.
Abstracts submitted by email or in hard copy will not be accepted.
Abstracts must be submitted in English only.
Submission window: 1 Aug 2026, 8:00 AM to 5 Sep 2026, 6:00 PM (IST).
The abstract should not exceed 300 words.
If more than one abstract from the same presenting author is accepted, only one may be allotted for oral presentation; the rest may be considered for poster presentation, subject to the Scientific Committee's decision.

The presenting author must register for the 2nd NAO Conclave 2026.
The work should be original and must not have been previously published.
If shortlisted, the presenting author must present the paper during the conference.
The decision of the Scientific Committee and Judges shall be final.

Title — keep it concise and informative.
Authors — mention presenting author and co-authors with departmental & institutional affiliations.
Clearly identify the corresponding author with email address and mobile number.
